Day 5 of 2022.
I am by no means a bookworm. At all. It has always been hard for me to focus on what I was reading while I was reading it.
Have you ever read something and realized you were at the end of the page but didn’t actually comprehend a single word you just read, then go back and read it all again just to end up in the same situation? Yeah. That’s me. So, I never read much but I would really like to read. I am so tired of looking at a screen all the time.
What types of books do you like to read?
I don’t think fiction is going to be my genre. There are so different types of fiction though. Maybe I just need to try a different type.
▪️ Fantasy ▪️ Science Fiction ▪️ Dystopian ▪️ Action & Adventure ▪️ Mystery ▪️ Horror ▪️ Thriller & Suspense ▪️ Historical Fiction ▪️ Romance ▪️ Contemporary Fiction ▪️ Literary Fiction ▪️ Magical Realism ▪️ Graphic Novel ▪️ Short Story ▪️ Young Adult ▪️ Children’s ▪️ New Adult

This first book I’m reading is “You Second Life Begins When You Realize You Only Have One” by Raphaëlle Giordano. I’m only about a quarter of the way through. It’s a cute read for sure!
I think I am going to look into more Non-Fiction when I am done with this first book. Here’s a list of some Non-Fiction genres:
▪️ Memoir and Autobiography ▪️ Biography ▪️ Food and Drinks ▪️ Art and Photography ▪️ Sel-Help ▪️ History ▪️ Travel ▪️ True Crime ▪️ Humor ▪️ Essays ▪️ How To’s ▪️ Spiritual and Religion ▪️ Humanities ▪️ Parenting ▪️ Science ▪️ Technology
